Legal & Data Processing
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how VPNJN handles relevant data when providing its website, user panel, subscription management and international route services. Processing is limited to information necessary for account verification, order fulfillment, network operations, security maintenance and user support. Please read and understand the following terms before using the service.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient, so an email address is not mandatory account information. The account system processes the username, authentication credentials and necessary account status details that users submit, for login verification, subscription delivery and security management. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other information in a ticket, that content is used only to handle the relevant request.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment status, transaction reference information, subscription validity and traffic usage. This data is used to place orders, confirm payments, activate services, process upgrades, verify refunds and resolve order disputes. VPNJN also processes website access records, such as access time, page path, referring page, browser type, device category and IP address, to understand page usage, investigate abnormal access and improve site features.
When users submit a ticket, the ticket content, attachments, processing progress and reply history are stored in the account to support ongoing issue resolution. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue in a ticket.
No-Logs Principles and Connection Information
VPNJN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain visited pages, queries or transmitted content, or create historical profiles that could reconstruct individual browsing activity. Website access analytics are kept separate from users’ activity when accessing external services through the routes.
To maintain connections, calculate plan traffic and identify operational faults, the system may process necessary technical information during a connection, such as route identifiers, connection status, traffic measurements and error types. This information supports network scheduling, subscription verification and fault analysis; it is not used to record browsing content. Temporary operational data is deleted or de-identified after the relevant purpose ends. Diagnostic information provided by a user for troubleshooting is retained only as long as needed to handle the related ticket.
Cookie, Local Storage and Access Analytics
The website and user panel use Cookie or browser local storage to save session status, login credentials, language preferences, interface settings and necessary security markers. This data keeps users signed in, restores page state and prevents duplicate actions. After the relevant storage is disabled or cleared, some settings may return to their defaults and users may need to sign in again.
Access analytics help us understand whether pages open correctly, where visitors arrive from and how features are used. Results may support aggregated analysis and operations, but are not used to record the content of external websites accessed through the service. Browser privacy controls can restrict Cookie or clear local data, but strict limits on necessary storage may affect normal use of the account panel.
Order Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNJN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, which may handle information needed for payment accounts, transaction verification and risk controls under its own rules. VPNJN does not directly store complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts; it receives only the transaction status and reference information needed to confirm orders, verify after-sales matters and manage accounts.
Third-party payment services are responsible for the data they independently collect, and their processing is governed by their respective privacy rules. Before entering the payment process, users should also review the terms shown by the selected payment service. In the event of a refund or dispute, necessary order and transaction reference information may be checked between VPNJN and the relevant payment service.
Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account information and order records are generally retained while an account is in use to support subscription delivery, order inquiries and after-sales service. After an account stops being used, relevant data is deleted or de-identified once necessary financial, security, dispute-resolution or compliance obligations have been met. Traffic measurements, temporary connection status and diagnostic data are processed only as needed for their operational purposes and are not retained as long-term browsing history.
Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data through the ticket portal in the user panel. To prevent someone else from submitting a request using the account, account verification may be required before processing. Once a deletion request is completed, related account features may no longer be available. Data that must be retained by law or is necessary to handle open orders, refunds, disputes or security incidents will be deleted after the relevant matter ends.
This policy may be updated when service procedures, legal requirements or data processing practices change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. For important changes to the scope of data processing, VPNJN will provide notice through the website or user panel. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly before continuing to use the service.
