By accessing or using VPNJN, users confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms. Before starting a subscription, users should review the service details, plan rules, and their own needs; connection performance may vary by network environment, access region, and destination service.

Service Content and Scope

VPNJN provides cross-border network access across 120+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Services include account management, plan selection, subscription access, route connections, and related usage guidance. Available routes and client access points are determined by the user panel.

International routes are intended to improve cross-border links and the connection experience when accessing international websites. Route types, exit regions, and network paths may change based on maintenance schedules and resource conditions. A subscription does not grant the user a continuing right to use any specific route, exit address, or third-party service.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; users can create an account with a username and password. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, plan selection, and route usage under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but this rule is intended only for account holders managing their own devices. It does not permit resale, redistribution, or shared service access for unspecified third parties. Selling accounts, reselling subscriptions, publicly sharing login credentials, or providing routes to others through centralized access is prohibited.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference from a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated for the remaining days; traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify their selected items before payment. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT; available options are determined by the checkout page.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the actual location where the service is used. Users are responsible for confirming that their accessed content, data transfers, and network activity meet the relevant requirements. Users must not use VPNJN for unlawful activities, infringe the legitimate rights of others, or disrupt service facilities, route resources, or other users’ normal connections.

Using the service for fraud, distributing malicious programs, accessing systems without authorization, sending bulk disruptive messages, infringing intellectual property, or engaging in other conduct that may abuse network resources is prohibited. VPNJN may restrict relevant connections based on risk and take necessary action against use that clearly violates these terms.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connections may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, device configuration, destination website policies, and route maintenance. VPNJN will maintain subscription delivery and route access capabilities but does not make a fixed commitment to continued access from a specific region, through a specific exit address, or to a third-party website.

To the extent permitted by applicable rules, VPNJN is not liable for indirect losses caused by connection interruptions arising from user device failures, configuration errors, exposed credentials, third-party service changes, or network events beyond reasonable control. Users should keep independent copies of important materials and confirm relevant settings before changing client configurations.

Restrictions, Suspension, and Account Termination

When an account involves subscription resale, public credential sharing, unlawful use, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service facilities, or attempts to avoid normal billing procedures, VPNJN may restrict route access, suspend subscription delivery, or terminate the account. Actions will consider the nature of the conduct, the level of risk, and verifiable records.

After account termination, users may no longer be able to access the user panel, obtain subscriptions, or use remaining services. Restrictions or termination resulting from a violation of these terms do not affect payment obligations already incurred, liability handling, or provisions that must remain effective under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance

VPNJN may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, with the displayed update time serving as the version reference; continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content.
